All purchases made through Apinox are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for:
Verifying product selection
Confirming quantities
Providing accurate billing and shipping information
Apinox is not responsible for errors made during checkout. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged in transit, or
Incorrect due to an error on our part
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at outreach@apinox.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
If verified, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the same item. Refunds will not be issued.
4. Shipping Issues
Apinox is not responsible for:
Delays caused by carriers
Lost packages marked as delivered
Customs delays or import restrictions
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Apinox to resolve an issue may result in:
Permanent account restriction
Refusal of future service
We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.
